You may have noticed the progress of Construction for Benedictine Living Community of Northfield, across from the Northfield Hospital. The new senior living community will open late 2019. Benedictine Living Community will house 97 apartments including 48 independent living, 24 assisted living and 25 memory care – ranging from 540 to 1,235 square feet, with a variety of floor plans and several “smart home” features. Benedictine Health System, Northfield Hospital and Clinics, St. Olaf College, Yanik Companies and Pope Architects collaborated on the senior living community plans to
address Northfield’s senior healthcare needs and maximize the partnership between the community and the hospital. They’ll share their campus with the hospital with walking paths and roadway connections to offer easy access to medical care for residents. They just opened a sales off at 2010 Jefferson Road. You can view floor plans and renderings at the office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or make an appointment. The sales team will hold “Coffee Talks” for the public every first and third Tuesday of the month at 10:00am.
