Introduce a Kid to Fishing Day June 19
An evening of fishing, dinner for two and fishing equipment for just $5! Next Wednesday, June 19 is the 11th annual Introduce a Kid to Fishing Day from 5-9 p.m. Cannon River Sportsmen’s Club members will help kids fish and teach them about habitats, equipment, water safety and more. Plus kids take home their own life jacket, fishing pole and tackle box! Open to children who are first-timers to this program and their parent or guardian. No fishing license required and all equipment will be provided. Register through Northfield Public Schools Community Services online here or by calling 507-664-3649.
