Monte Nelson

Northfield Police Chief Monte Nelson talks Halloween safety and the State high school cross country meet at St. Olaf on Saturday, which will disrupt traffic on Highway 19 as well as other athletic activities there and at Carleton. Nelson also offered tips for those out walking with the deer hunting opening scheduled for November 9. Nelson’s interview concludes with a discussion about the Novak study which the police department will roll out to city council at their work session next month.
