Northfield Mayor Rhonda Pownell and City Administrator Ben Martig discuss the December 3 City Council meeting. Topics include approval of the budget and a 9.4{b5761be34e80a16b6d0e4dabc1869c131a263f96a745c82bebdd3b8a4330bfa9} tax levy increase, and public comment relating to an on-street cycle track in the 2020 mill and overlay project which would eliminate some parking on Second and Fourth Streets. There will be a work session about this on January 14, 2020.
