John Fossum

Rice County Attorney John Fossum talks about the Toward Zero Deaths Campaign, and discusses the recent ruling by the MN Court of Appeals that Minnesota’s law banning stalking by phone is overly broad and unconstitutional in the case of Jason Peterson who left angry messages for Rice County Sheriff Troy Dunn and other officials.  Fossum will be filing a petition for review to the MN Supreme Court.
