CC Linstroth and Nan Just, representing the Age-Friendly Northfield campaign, discuss the eight domains of the Age-Friendly Action Plan. They are in the process of developing teams to address four of the domains in 2020: Housing, Communications and Information, Outdoor Spaces and Buildings, and Health and Wellness. The remaining domains will be addressed in future years.
