Northfield School Superintendent Dr. Matt Hillmann recaps the closed meeting held by the School Board on January 13 for the purpose of discussing the potential sale of the Rock House on the corner of Jefferson and Division Streets to a buyer who would move the house off of the property. During the regular meeting, the Board discussed starting school at a later time and directed that more research be done on how to address concerns brought forward by the community prior to possible implementation. Hillmann also discusses the financial forecast that will likely require a program-based budget reduction process to begin a year from now in order to maintain its goal of a 16{b5761be34e80a16b6d0e4dabc1869c131a263f96a745c82bebdd3b8a4330bfa9} budget reserve.
