“Challenge of the Yukon” was a radio serial play from the 1930’s. A group of young Northfield actors and actresses, age 11-13, recreate Episode 535 (“Breakup”) of the series by way of the Zoom platform. Director Pauline Jennings did the editing for radio.
The cast features Fletcher Aylin, age 13, as Kurt Edgar, Claire Casson, 13, as the narrator, Kosmo Esplan, 12, as Brad Peters Jr., Silas Leer, 11, as Randy Clark (he also creates most sound effects in the show!), Mackenzie Perkins, 13, as Karen Edgar, Kyra Reverman, 11, as Eloise Renaud, and Isaac Schleif, 12, as Sergeant Preston.
