LBSA: Why Community Matters – Home Sweet Home

In our continuing series Teri Knight talks with Vickie Dilley and Lynn and Randy Miland. They are parents of adult children with autism who live at home with them. Their experiences of navigating the medical and school labyrinth in terms of help in their early diagnosis and finding a trusted caregiver to give them some respite of the constant care.  They offer advice to other parents and talk about what will happen with their children when they’re gone. These are heartfelt stories that help us all understand why community really matters.
