In our continuing series Teri Knight talks with Community Action Centers Scott Wopata and Anika Rychner who teamed up with the CAC to provide support services for the employees of the CAC. They discuss the importance of employee retention, in particular for the clients of Laura Baker as their relationships develop over time and are so meaningful.
