LBSA – Why Community Matters – Share Your Talents

In this 5th and final segment of our series on Laura Baker Services Association we highlight how community members can get involved through volunteering your time or your talents. With me today are Mike and Kenna Schulz, who have been very involved with Laura Baker over the years in a number of ways. Angie Ekern, a local artist who is now working with Laura Baker Arts Specialist, Bridget Novak, to do collaborative sessions with LBSA clients and Rob Hardy, Northfield Poet Laureate,  collaborating on poetry projects. Click on this LINK to Executive Director, Sandi Gerdes’ blog. Community Matters!

I would like to take a moment to thank all those who took the time to talk with us, to share their stories, to open up their lives and let us see Why Community Matters. Your heartfelt words and deeds impact us all.
