A Comforted Heart

This is Teri Knight, New interviews for 15 with the Author are suspended right now so I’m bringing back some old interviews. Today I bring back Kelly Grosklags with her book, “A Comforted Heart”. As an oncology psychotherapist, she has spent decades helping people work through grief. As a collective, it feels like all of us are grieving for a variety of things lost recently…

Kelly Grosklags has dedicated her practice as an oncology psychotherapist, to minimizing suffering through her work in oncology, palliative care and hospice. In her book “A Comforted Heart”, Kelly shares beautiful, comforting stories that speak of the things most important to us in times of great loss. She and Teri have a personal connection as Kelly was her brother’s hospice social worker 2 decades ago. Kelly shares what hope looks like when it seems “the end” is coming and has suggestions for friends and family of those who are diagnosed with a terminal illness…. Coping with fear and losing control…  Kelly also has “Conversations with Kelly“.
