Rice County Commissioner Galen Malecha on preliminary levy, Rice County Jail, and more

Rice County Commissioner Galen Malecha has been re-elected and discusses the preliminary levy, status of the Rice County Jail, and more.  Malecha is also the Defeat of Jesse James Days General Chair and comments on the City’s plans to look at making some changes to some of the parks which could potentially impact some DJJD events.
