It’s a Wonderful Life – a 75th anniversary celebration!!
Widely considered one of the most inspirational and beloved stories in American film, It’s a Wonderful Life, translates beautifully to the Guild stage in this imaginative 1940’s style radio-on-stage production by Tony “Sparx” Palermo. This adaptation is designed as a live theater production with all the pizzazz and delight of golden era live radio shows, including students as live sound effects artists.
George Bailey has spent his whole life giving up his dreams to help others. When his Uncle Billy loses the funds belonging to his small loan business and George realizes that he will be held responsible, he believes his family and friends would be better off without him. On Christmas Eve, his guardian angel, Clarence, has a better idea.
