Nancy Just talks about the survey being conducted for Age-Friendly Northfield.  The survey can be accessed at www.agefriendlynorthfield.com.  She also discusses a grant program with Habitat for Humanity called “Aging in Place” that can provide home modifications for aging persons.  More info can be found at www.habitatricecounty.org.
