Violin bow maker Matt Wehling (finebows.com) will give a presentation on the history of the modern violin bow and the potential integration of modern tools into this traditional art.

Violinist Rolf Haas (content.thespco.org/people/rolf-haas/), a frequent guest musician with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra who has Northfield ties, will be on hand to demonstrate how different bows can drastically alter the tone of a violin.
