Gary Freking and Todd Zehnder discuss a Reverse Referendum Petition that they have initiated relating to the City’s 2023 Reclamation and Overlay Project and issuance of bonds for the project. Of particular concern is the proposed bikeway that the residents in the area of Heritage Drive and Lincoln St. South believe is an unsafe plan.
