Ruuun Forest, Ruuun! We kick off the Boy’s Cross Country Team this week on the Wrap. Head Coach, Janet Smith rolls in to talk about the great expectations of this years 60 member squad.

Brent Yule, Head Coach of the Raiders football team joins us to discuss their season opener versus Mankato West and hopes for the 23 season.

Liz Campbell and Evan Loe interview Cross Country Captains Carter Steenblock and Jaden Hietala in this week’s Meet the Raider.

We wrap things up with the Raider Scoreboard and the Loe Down.
