Artist Development Series 2024: This series is offered as a FREE opportunity for professional and amateur artists of all artistic disciplines to increase their learning on a variety of topics, as well as engage in networking, resource sharing and socialization amongst creative peers throughout the region! Northfield Arts Guild 411 Concert: Ginger Commodore, Sunday, January 14, 7:00 pm; $25 General Admission. Jazz, funk, R&B, gospel, soul singer and so much more, Ginger has had an incredible and acclaimed career. She started her career with The Sounds of Blackness, is a founding member of Moore By Four. Ginger was recently inducted into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame. She’s a regular at the two top A list jazz venues in the cities – The Dakota and Crooners. Ginger will be performing with GCQ: Lee Blaske – Piano; Mark Weisberg – Bass; Bobby Commodore – Drums. Opener is Barbara Piper with Craig Wasner on keys.
