The Northfield Arts Guild is looking for actors to audition in their one act Christmas performance this year. The play, Christmas Thieves, takes place in small town Minnesota and as Performing Arts Manager Pauline Jennings describes it, it has a lot of “Minnesotan humor”
“Yeah. I mean the whole setup is these British actors come over to do a show to try to raise money for this failing Small town Minnesota radio station. And then they get sick because they ate what they weren’t supposed to, which is lutefisk. Of course, that’s the setup, and then it just goes from there. And it’s hilarious. “
Auditions are on September 29th and 30th 6:30pm-8pm at the Northfield Arts Guild Theater. You can sign up and find more information at Northfieldartsguild.org Performances of Christmas Thieves will take place between December 6th and 15th.
