That was Northfield Mayor Erica Zwiefel being sworn in Tuesday evening at the first City Council meeting of the year. The ceremony was led by City Clerk Lynette Peterson and included the Mayor and Council members affirming their support for the city and constitution, alongside the Mayor were Councilors Chad Beumer and Peter Dahlen who were sworn in for their first term and Councilor Brad Ness, who was sworn in for his third term.

Will have pictures from the swearing-in ceremony posted on our website and will be covering stories from the meeting in the coming weeks. Mayor Zwiefel and City Administrator Ben Martig have committed to continuing to come on KYMN Radio on Wednesday mornings after city council meetings.
