ArtZany! Radio for the Imagination! Russ Boyington and students discuss Middle School production ‘The Count’, 2-7-25

Today in the ArtZany Radio studio Paula Granquist welcomes director Russ Boyington and several students from the upcoming production of The Count at the Northfield Middle School. This show puts a new spin on the classic Dracula story.

THE COUNT, directed by Russel Boyington, Northfield Middle School, 2200 Division Street South, Northfield Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15 at 7 p.m. Tickets are free with a Food Shelf donation.

The Count reveals a new twist on the classic Dracula story. Audiences should prepare to be surprised! The Count is a female. This is a blood-free production and there are no crosses, fangs, bats or blood. All the scares come from lighting, sound effects, and music cues.
