Northfield Public Schools:
The Northfield Public Schools will be closed on February 18, 2025, due to the National Weather Service’s extreme cold warning. All school is canceled for the day. Because this is the first full day closure, this is not an e-Learning Day.
High School after school activities will be held and evening school programming, Community Education programs and facility rentals will remain as scheduled. The district’s priority-based budget reduction meeting will continue as scheduled.

Faribault Public Schools:
Out of an abundance of caution for student and staff safety, Faribault Public Schools will be implementing a Falcon Flex Day tomorrow due to the extreme cold weather conditions.
Tri-City United Public Schools:
Tri-City United Schools will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 18 due to the extreme cold weather.
It will be an E-Learning Day. KidZone will also be closed.
After-school activities will continue as scheduled, but tomorrow night’s girls’ basketball game has been cancelled.
New Prague Area Schools:
New Prague Area Schools (PreK-12) will be closed on Tuesday, February 18 due to inclement weather.

PreK and Elementary students will not have a blended learning day due to the previously scheduled staff development for PreK and Elementary staff.
ECFE classes, WRAP, and Kids’ Company will be closed. Community Education classes will be communicated separately.

Fitness & Aquatic Center will be open, but please check emails and watch Facebook for possible schedule changes and closure updates.
Farmington Public Schools:
Due to the extreme cold that is forecasted, all Farmington Area Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 18, 2025. This WILL be a Flexible Learning Day. Please look for additional information from your child’s teacher(s) via Schoology or Seesaw.
