Renowned Standup Comedian Performs At the Paradise Friday Night; See the New Artwork In the Gallery

By Logan Wells, News Director | Logan@kymnradio.net

Tonight at the Paradise Center for the Arts in Faribault standup comic Tommy Ryman will be performing. Tommy grew up in Minnesota jamming on the clarinet and his oddly-adorable stand-up act landed him No. 1 on the iTunes comedy charts for his album Party Troll. Tommy was a semifinalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and featured on Paste Magazine. Tommy can regularly be heard on SirusXM and IheartRadio. His act has been described as absurdist and clever, masked behind an endearing, innocent Demeanor.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m. tonight. Tickets are $25 for non-members, $20 for members and $15 for students. Please call 507-332-7372 or visit the Paradise’s website at www.paradisecenterforthearts.org. for more information and to purchase tickets.

While you are at the Paradise, stop by the gallery which has new artwork featured. The current exhibits in the gallery opened on February 21st and will close at the end of March. The gallery currently features the work of five local artists.
