By Logan Wells, News Director | Logan@kymnradio.net

The Dundas Dukes are heading to the Minnesota Baseball State Tournament this weekend. Dundas was guaranteed a state tournament spot when they went against Miesville last week, in a game where Dundas lost 21 to 5.

This year, the state tournament is being hosted by Brownton, Hutchinson, Gaylord, and Glencoe.

For the team’s first game in the tournament, they will face off against the Highland Park Beavers on Sunday at 4 pm. The winner of the game will advance to the following week, where they will play Plymouth on Sunday, August 24th, in Gaylord. Defeating Plymouth would then qualify them for the semifinals the following weekend, which leads up to the final statewide tournament game on Sunday. August 31st at noon in Gaylord.
