A full night of activities continues this evening. Here is a summary of what is happening today for DJJD.
The day begins with the Raid Reenactors and Ambassadors visiting the different schools and retirement communities in Northfield.
Food vendors open again midday for lunch and dinner at Bridge Square. The Carnival at Ames Park starts at 5pm.
Two bank raids will happen on Friday night, the first at 6 pm and then at 7 pm. Bleacher seating will be available for those with a DJJD button.
The first rodeo starts at 8 pm. The first 300 paid admissions will receive a special giveaway, courtesy of CarTime Auto Center and ReMax Advantage Plus by Mary Jo Winter. It is also the Give Cancer the Boot Fundraiser, with the donations raised going to the Northfield Hospital Breast Cancer and Infusion Center. Tickets go on sale 2 hours in advance at the rodeo grounds. The Rodeo Grounds Beer Garden will be open before, after, and during the rodeo.
Back on Bridge Square, the Entertainment Center opens at 4pm, with Lipstick N Dynamite taking the stage at 8:30pm until 12:30am.
