In this week’s City Council recap, rather than go over all the agenda items, Logan talks about one of the core parts of the budget in the city: the Capital Infrastructure Plan (CIP) and the Capital Equipment Plan (CEP), the two five-year plans that lay out the major purchases and construction projects in Northfield.
