I am grateful for the amicable and robust negotiation process with the NEA leadership. I appreciate our shared

commitment to our vision of preparing every student for lifelong success.”

“The NEA is pleased to have reached a tentative agreement. I want to commend our bargaining team and our members for their patience, solidarity, and engagement throughout this process. I also acknowledge the district’s spirit of collaboration and commitment to problem-solving.” said Amanda Miller, Northfield Education Association president.
