It’s all down hill from here. Bill Sonnega returns for another year of coaching for the Raiders. Bill talks about the mental and emotional side of alpine skiing as the team prepares for the State meet this week at Giant’s Ridge in Biwabik MN.
The section finals in dance take place today at Faribault. Cherish Allen joins us from the meet to talk about today’s competition and hopes for advancement to the State Competition.
The Nordic Boy’s and Girl’s Ski team will participate in the state meet this Wednesday and Thursday at Giant’s Ridge. Craig Cardinal takes a break on his ski’s to share this years expectations.
