Nicole Porath, Head Coach of the number one ranked cross country team in state double A bracket, will join the program to talk about all the buzz around this years team. She also shares some insight to the 5k, 15K run taking place on Sunday morning. Part of the proceeds from the event go to support the boy’s and girls track and cross country programs. Registration can be found at ymca.org or right up until race time at 8AM on Sunday.
