Chipotle is officially coming to Dundas.
Construction on the development at 855 Cannon Court is expected to start Monday, Oct. 19, according to partner David Carland of Wayzata-based Venture Partners, LLC. Carland told KYMN Radio that the location is expected to open in late spring 2027.
Carland said the project will be owned and developed by Dundas Ventures LLC and leased to Chipotle. Carland said he’s a partner in Dundas Ventures LLC. It will be located in the south end of the planned Dundas Crossings development near Highway 3 and County Road 1.
Dundas City Manager Jenelle Teppen was not immediately available to comment, but earlier in October she told KYMN that Chipotle had been working with the city and developers were seeking a building permit.
