All-Wheel Drive/May 12

Playlist:

Wrapped up today’s show with a delightful in-studio performance and conversation with singer/songwriter Sarah Morris (joined by her guitarist, Tom Nordlund). Sarah is a rising star on the nationwide Americana music charts — and her live performance this afternoon is certainly a testament to her talent! Wow. Such a treat. Plus she’s mighty sweet — and funny, too. Sarah will be appearing, along with another amazingly talented singer/songwriter Vicky Emerson, on Saturday, May 21 at the Tavern Lounge. I guarantee — you don’t want to miss that show! Fantastic double bill at the “Tav.”

In addition to chatting with Sarah, she (and Tom) performed three tracks from her latest (and must-own) album, “Ordinary Things.” We heard:

Brighter
Sway Me
Strong One

You can hear the entire segment here.

Thanks, Sarah! Looking forward to May 21 and hoping you can join me again some time soon on All-Wheel Drive.
