An absolute dee-light to wrap up the week (and kick-off a great weekend of live music in Northfield as part of the annual Defeat of Jesse James Days celebration) by welcoming legendary music-makers Dan Gaarder and Al Subola of The Bad Companions on today’s show. I am a huge fan of both musicians (who have a long and storied musical career in the Midwest) and it’s a total treat to feature the full band performing TONIGHT at the Tavern Lounge (8-11:30 pm and no cover charge — be there!). You must get your hands on a copy of The Bad Companions’ latest album, 12 Bars — so good! Find out more about the band at www.thebadcompanions.com and check out our interview (along with four acoustic tunes) here. Thanks, guys — please come back to Northfield SOON!
