All-Wheel Drive with Hot Date, 3/29/18

It was a Hot Date, indeed! Late start to today’s segment but definitely worth the wait. (And my apologies for the technical glitches).

Hot Date are Nora O’Brien and Eric Carranza, two very insightful and passionate and talented (and very patient, given those darn glitches!) artists, who together create some killer musical vibes. They just released their third EP release, “Spaces,” a sonic soundscape that provides the perfect musical escape, whether you want to rock out or simple sit back and chill. Guaranteed groovy goodness from start to finish.

We chatted a bit about how the duo got their start, the inspiration for their musical collaborations, and their creative process. Plus their love of classic covers — we all agreed that Bjork is definitely punk rawk!

From “Spaces,” we heard:
Manic
Coal Town
Nightlife
