The intersection of Lincoln Street and Cannon Valley Place is under water. It is fairly deep and Police are stopping people from driving through it. Barricades will be posted. Please drive carefully and use alternate routes until the water recedes.
The City is aware other areas of town are experiencing flooding. Police and Public Works crews are on scene doing what they can. They ask that you do NOT drive through flooded areas and stay away from the creeks. If you live in a flood prone area, have your protective measures in place. Rice, Goodhue and Dakota counties are in a Flash Flood Warning until 3pm today (Wednesday)
