Possible indecent exposure incident

From Northfield Police Chief Monte Nelson:

On 10/31/19 a person reported that on 10/16/2019, while walking their dog at Riverside Lions Park, she saw a male sitting in a white pickup truck with blue striping and it appeared that the male was masturbating. Today she saw the same truck parked there again, but did not see what the male was doing. She returned home and then called police to report the previous behavior.

The male was described as older, possibly 65 to 70 years of age, appeared heavier set, with a white/grayish beard/goatee. The truck was gone when officers arrived.

Northfield police encourage residents to call 911 immediately to report suspicious behavior, as an immediate call leads to a higher likelihood of being able to identify those involved and investigate the circumstances involved.
