Alert canceled Madison Hjermstad has been located safe. Thank you to all who helped look for her.
The Willmar Police Department and the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are seeking the public’s assistance in locating an endangered juvenile runaway. Madison Hjermstad (age 17) left a juvenile facility in Willmar, MN on foot with another juvenile in July 2019. The other juvenile was subsequently located.
Madison has not had contact with any family since that time and there is concern for her well-being.
Madison is described as a caucasian female with long dark hair, approximately 5’8” and 135 pounds.
