We get the program off and running with Head Coach of the Girl’s track team, Janet Smith, as they prepare for true state competition this Tuesday.

We shift to Boy’s LaCrosse as Head Coach Jeff Wright joins us via telephone, to talk about the youth of the team and the development of the season.

Then it ‘s Girls Golf as Head Coach Mel Miller breaks down the compacted season and upcoming events.

Liz Campbell get’s you up to date with the past weeks scores and highlights on the Raider Scoreboard.

This week in Meet the Raider, Evan Loe and Liz Campbell will interview Luke Redetske from the Ultimate Frisbee Captain.
