The Northfield School Board meets tonight; first on the agenda will be a review of the district’s visits to Arcadia Charter School and Prairie Creek Community School. The district authorizes both local charter schools and heard the annual report from the two schools earlier in January. Following that will be a presentation by Director of Finance Val Mertesdorf and Director of Buildings & Grounds Justin Raabolle about the Long Term Facilities Maintenance Budget and Indoor Air Quality Management Plan. The board will hear the plan and have an opportunity for discussion and questions; they will then vote to approve the plans at the February 24th school board meeting.
